In 1885, the Tabor Grand Hotel opened as an elite and prestigious hotel, frequented by famous guests including "The Unsinkable Molly Brown" and Doc Holliday. In 1993, the hotel was renovated to become 37 affordable one and two-bedroom apartments for the working town of Leadville. Overland Property Group acquired the property in 2014 and completed an extensive multi-million dollar renovation of the interior and exterior that continues to preserve this prominent piece of Colorado and National History. 

This property is the winner of the Governors Award for Historic Preservation in Colorado and is an Affordable Housing Magazine finalist for the People's Choice Award.
