Nigel Johnsen started with Overland Property Group in the Summer of 2024 as an Asset Manager over our Texas, Iowa and Oklahoma portfolios. With a background in management, Nigel uses his previous experience to give a broader understanding to the team of on-site operations.

Nigel grew up in the mountains in Avon, Colorado, where he learned to love to snowboard and golf. He then transitioned to the beach to attend the University of San Diego, where he majored in Finance.  After Nigel completed his undergrad, he moved to OKC and worked in the on-site management space for four years.

 

Nigel recently achieved his dual degree (MBA & M.S. Real Estate) at the University of Denver all while working for Alterra Mountain Company in their real estate and development team, Haven Connect on their finance team, and the University of Denver to head their carbon foot printing research. We are delighted to have his unique expertise on our Asset Management team.
