Megan has been with Overland Property Group since 2020, and serves as the Asset Coordinator. During her time at OPG, she's served as the Cooperate Coordinator & Brand Strategist and Executive Assistant.. Her primary role is to support the Asset Management team in tracking various confidential contracts, documents and crucial dates to ensure 100% compliance with our federal and local state agencies and helps fill gaps where needed across all business units. Megan also serves as the marketing and branding strategist for internal and external communication and public relations. Her eye for design is what makes her so effective in leading our brand recognition efforts and Grand Openings for newly completed developments. Megan is vital to OPG operations running smoothly ensuring nothing is missed and deadlines are adhered to.

 

Before Megan joined OPG, she was a Project Staffing Specialist for Blattner Energy where she coordinated the recruitment of hourly field personnel, collaborated with the job site to review, source, screen and interview applicants, and organized new hire orientation. She graduated from the University of Kansas in 2017 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology. 
 
In Megan’s spare time, she loves long walks, spending time with friends and family, and cheering on the Jayhawks. Some of her passions include design, travel, music and reading. 
 
Megan lives in Salina, Kansas with her husband, Clayton and their three children, Brooks, Mila and Sloane.
