Drew recently joined Overland Property Group as our Chief Financial Officer. As CFO, he is responsible for investor reporting, financial planning and budgeting, liquidity management, predevelopment loans and banking strategy, and maintaining REO models. Drew comes with over 15 years of expertise in commercial banking, small business and corporate accounting, and financial management and forecasting, which allow him to step into this role and have an immediate impact on the funding efforts necessary for real estate development.

Drew was previously a Vice President of Commercial Banking for several regional banks, where he was responsible for sourcing and overseeing loan portfolios in excess of $100MM. More recently, he developed and managed a Small Business Administration (SBA) lending department out of Colorado. Drew holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Finance from University of Montana. He also holds a Graduate Banking degree from Pacific Coast Banking School.

Drew lives in Timnath, Colorado with his wife, Mara and their son, Kaysen. Outside of work, Drew enjoys supporting his community through his engagement on the Larimer County Boys & Girls Clubs Finance Committee and as an active member of NoCo UNIFY. His favorite weekend activities include chasing his son around outside, snowboarding, and checking out the newest local breweries.
