Dan Maximuk serves as VP of Construction for Overland Property Group, overseeing all projects from conception to completion.  He has a strong background in construction of multi-family housing and senior living and an impressive track record of successfully completing complex and demanding projects throughout the Midwest. His responsibilities include total project management, estimating, preliminary due diligence, design and construction management, general contracting, cost control, and scheduling.
 
Prior to joining Overland Property Group, he received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Construction Science from Kansas State University and has successfully completed more than $232 Million in general construction projects. 
 
Dan currently resides in Overland Park, Kansas with his wife Ashley and their 2 children.  He enjoys anything that has to do with Kansas State Athletics, golfing and his kids sports and activities.
